To return or exchange an abaya, it must have a manufacturing defect. Additionally, this request must be made within five days of receiving the item.
The abaya must be in its original condition, and should not have been used, washed, or altered in any way, along with the return of all abaya accessories. Gifts are to be retained and not returned.
We take pride in our manufacturing process and ensure that each abaya is carefully inspected to avoid defects or errors. However, if any issues are found, we offer our customers the option of a replacement abaya or a full refund of the purchase price. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 30% discount on the customer's next order.
Abaya Refunds will be credited to the customer using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.
Don't worry if you notice visible threads on your abaya, as they are not a manufacturing defect. Instead of pulling the thread, carefully cut them with scissors to remove them.
Please note, the store reserves the right to decline any abaya return or exchange that does not meet the necessary conditions.
The responsibility for shipping costs associated with the return or replacement of abayas does not fall on Wahb.
